#1 if you're upgraded the clutch you should upgrade the master to slave cylinder line (with either a purchased stainless braided line or a DIY one) apparently stronger pressure plates like to make these lines blow out.
#2 While you're in there you might as well consider a lightened flywheel I was going to get one myself but couldn't.

on to your real question, your options (as I know them) are as follows:

a. get a Sachs upgraded pressure plate and use a stock disk? (source unknown to me at this point)

b. get a stock pressure plate and use a 6 puck (ceramic IIRC) disk from swedish dynamics?

c. get an upgraded pressure plate and disk from group 9 (kevlar or ceramic are avilable) I know that at least the kevlar is a 6 puck. (These weren't on their site but you can call them and place an order/get information)

d. get a stock pressure plate, stock disk and hope it holds (some say it does some say it doesn't)

e. get a stock pressure plate and an AP racing "ceramametallic" 4 puck disk

The clutch I just put into my 94 9000 aero is the 3rd option from group 9 performance (pic below). It's not broken in yet so all I can tell you is that it's pedal effort is similar to stock though a bit stiffer, it engages closer to the floor and seems to have a smaller engagement zone. (these last two may be because I was used to a 200K mile stock clutch).
At the time I didn't want to/couldn't wait to find the Sachs and didn't want to be paying extra $$ and waiting longer to get my car back. I had decided on the group 9 setup and was planning to get their lightened flywheel, but at the time I needed to order they were out of cores and it would have been too long to wait to have them get a core and machine it for me.
