It’s a sheet of plastic with embedded wires, though it wouldn’t be too hard to make a real wire loom instead. Only thing is that a 2 1/16 gauge might interfere with the water temp and fuel gauges.
I've been thinking of doing an upgraded gauge cluster for a while. I already have a 8000RPM tach from a early 900, I haven’t found a speedo that will fit that goes higher than 130MPH yet as for the rest wouldn’t a set of the VDO mini gauges fit right in there?
