with the amp & door speaker stuff. i'll check myself today in front speaker/dash recess and see what i see....
anyway, i decided against the bazooka tube deal because of the conv. construction...you can't MAKE enough juice to feel anything off that nonsense esp. if top down.
so instead had door panels cut for 4" kenwood excelon and (with those cool dual magnet assy's) and had them wire the 2x50w kenwood amp to the rears (6.5" MB Quart) and so now its:
4" polk fronts
4" excelon in door.
-------these driven by old beater clarion alpha 35x4 about to bite the dust in favor of an Alpine unit of some distinction.
6.5" MB Quart running off amp in trunk. fade works on all speakers. pretty tight, but sometimes i think there's an overload if volume up high for too long cuts out and blends back in. am i about to blow something up?? or do i just need more powerful head unit or 4channel amp??
