your 91 has a DIAPC box with a seperate fuel ECU which is I believe 2.42LH
94 was the first year of T5 93 was T5.2 anyway .....
the trionic ECUs controll the DI,the APC & the fueling which on your 91 is handled by 2 boxes
so if you rewired your engine management & found a way to get the rite crank sensor triger wheel on there you could do it but that is allot of work Id advise you get a trionic car bang for the buck they produce the best gains
