Well is it a stg 3 or stg 4?

I recently dynoed my 95 9000 aero to confirm if my SQR ecu is a stage 3 or stage four. I assumed that since it was measuring around 258hp that it was a stage 3 especially since the adaptive memory was adapting to my grandma driving style lately.
but in some discussions with other folks when I showed them it was generating 342 lb-ft of torque they said well, maybe it is a stg 4, and your intake is somehow restricted. I had it custom tuned by Frank to my setup, so it may be possible that it isn't either.
the peak horse power gains were not that big over the stock, but the hp gains in the mid range were nearly 40 hp more and torque is way more.
any thoughts on this. I'm assuming and will assume that I have a stage 3 until proven otherwise. Is it possible to tune it to such a set up or should I be looking at something?
95 9000 aero- SQR ECU stg ?, 3" turbo back, k&n in stock intake, with the snorkel cut off.
