Gary,
I don't know what your company has paid for this process in the past, but what's cool (geddit?), is that prices are based on weight, and the more you do per batch, the less it costs. The best places use a processing tank that can take up to 5 to 8 thousand pounds at a time! That's a lot of transmissions. Even better, is that there is no design, fabrication, research, or development costs. I assume that for most of us, with cars that are still used on the street, the gains in strength from this process would more than satisfy the need. Now, if you really need to harness 500bhp, or like to brag about how much you spent on your third transmission, then you have to take the hard road.
