Hey Wassaab, Wassaab?
I've similar problems. I equated it to age (85T). The boost is limited (by Saab)to basic boost w/ the cruise control on. I haven't taken the time to figure a way around it. The cruise on my car also will not set above 75mph (factory setting?). When i do set it, it wanders around and eventually drops too low and I turn it off after about 3-5 minutes. Check all those vacuum connects up at the LF headlight. My hoses were cracked.
Good luck.
p.s. whn's the next DC outing. You gotta come to the next Rallycross. The rock.
