Reassembling a 73. What things would you do? (20 month limit)

Hello!
Short version: If you were rebuilding a sonett from a rolling chassis, what kinds of "quality of life" modifications would you be sure to do along the way? I've only got 20 months left before I might have to move to a new state, so I want it to be drivable by then.
Here's what's currently on my small list:
Add hinges / latches to the bonnet
Consider cutting an access hole to get better access to the brake m/c
Consider locking out the freewheel mechanism
Consider replacing the 47 year old radiator with aftermarket
Replace all the engine cooling hoses with new parts
Replace all the door / hood / rear glass seals
What other kinds of stuff would you do if you were me? Really appreciate any and all responses.
Long story: I have my sonett down to a rolling chassis (frame, steering, suspension and wheels) with everything else removed:
engine
mission
cooling system
fuel system
body and doors
interior
I found someone willing to fix all the rust who has experience with sonetts already, which is a small miracle.
After that nice person is finished welding up the frame, I've got to put the damn thing back together.
Here are two images of the rust bucket in question: https://imgur.com/a/F2fAfyy
Thanks!
