Mark Ashcraft (Jack's son) now handles most of the part sales business. Jack primarily handles rebuilds of various parts, from what I understand. See the link below for all the parts info.
About cutting the access hole to get to the brake m/c, Mark actually sells a small "door" designed to cover up such a hole and allow easy access. That is listed in the catalog. I bought it and it is a nice to have item.
The catalog also has the "#4039 Freewheel Neuter Kit $39" for the lockout you mentioned.
Everything I have ordered from Mark for my Sonett have been high quality parts. Jack also did a great job rebuilding/refurbishing the speedometer in my Sonett.
