I put slotted rotors on my 1986 900t, and there is a signifiacant
improvement in wet braking. The slots help to sweep the water off of
the rotors, and allow better stopping in most conditions.

I got mine from Brake Warehouse in Greenville, SC.

They claim to be a NASCAR brake shop. They will take any rotors you
order (they have Brembo & Balo and many others) and slot and/or
cross-drill them. I was able to get a complete set (4) of slotted
Brembos for the 900t for about what the dealer wants for the stock
OEM rotors. (about $360 the set of 4) Slotting or drilling each cost
about $30 per rotor, give or take.

If you can find them, ATE sells rotors with neat, curved slots in
them. I can't recall their brand name for them at the moment. They
come in a blue box. I have not used these.
