The Passat is a really great Car, you'll be Very happy with it.  The current
900/9-3 leaves me cold. I'd take the Passat over it any day. I really like
the 9-5 & older 9000, but the classic900 IS what a SAAB is if you know what
I mean.

I'm trying to talk my wife into either the V-6 Passat Wagon or the 9-5 Wagon
with the 4cyl turbo.  No progress as of yet...........  Cant get her to give
up her Grand Marquis.  (yes I know gaag...... But I have put in poly
suspension & sway bar bushings, super stiff shocks, 17X8' rims, performance
tires and air bags in rear springs. It corners like it is on Rails)

Anyhow, I just got back from a 1200 mile trip in my 82 900 T.  Other than
being a bit warm from lack of A/C, the car ran like a top, averaged 80 mph &
30 mpg.  Not too bad for an 18 year old car with over 200K!!!

What a great car. Man I love this thing the more time goes on.
