Did your or the other drivers insurance pay for the repair?
Most insurance companies will go to bat for you (their insured) if you have a problem. Technicaly your car has not been repaired to pre accidnet condition.
If it is the other guys insurance carrier you may try this aproach, 1. if you are hurt from the accidnet let them know that you will not settle till the time your car is pre accident condition. 2. If they took care of the repairs initially let them know that you now wish to present a diminished value claim, ie the car is worth less now by about 2250 or what ever then it was before the accident, however if they will look to putting the car back to preaccident condition you will no longer have a claim to present. 3. call SAAB and let them know about the condition of your vehicle before during and after the repairs. 4. write a letter to the editor of your local paper if SAAB wont help explaining how helpful SAAB is when repairing their 30K $$$ plus cars at their own shops.
