750 Horse Power?

How do you get this out of a 2 liter engine with a Low Pressure Turbo?

Am I confusing HP with Brake horse power (whatever is the difference).

Formula 1 cars get about 850 HP out of a V12 (3.5lt?) engine. I mean is
SAAB or General Motors producing nearly as powerful an engine?
