I had not opened up the bleed nipple enough to allow the air to go down to the slave and purge. What I did was to fill the reservoir to the top and used my compressors rubber tip to pressurize the tiny hole at the top - 20 psi. When I opened up the bleed nipple a lot more, it finally belched out the trapped air and I had my clutch back. It did take a bunch of fluid to finally bleed out.
