If it only happens when you reverse at high speed leave it alone. You can always put your hand on the gear stick and keep it in place. It should be broken gear box but if it works leave it. There is a possibility that it could be an imperfectly aligned gear stick to gear box connector. Mine got worse in jumping out of gear after I had the engine out.
