starting problem

Hello all,
vehicle is a 1985 900 (8v)
I have a starting problem which manifests itself only occasionally. The
car starts fine if it sits over night. However if my wife takes it a
short hop then lets it sit 10 minutes to half an hour it wants to crank
longer before catching. I first thought of the pressure accumulator, but
the car starts fine after a long sit, it is the short pauses that upset
its balance. Luckily it is my primary driver, she has the 9000t.
I have the problem every couple of weeks after work, but it always
starts, just needs to crank a little longer or more than one time.
Any help would be appreciated.
