Tom,

I have no experience with the Nokian Hakk.... tires yet, so I cannot answer question #1.

I have had a lot of experience with snow tires (both studded and not studded). The answer
to Question #2 is use the same pressure

all year. The narrower snows (185/65R15) will give you better traction in snow/ice conditions.
Also, don't make the mistake I did

a lot of years ago and good (tread depth wise) on the front and very worn tires on the year
and think that it is no big thing

because the front tires do all the work. What WILL happen is the rear end will come around
to meet the front on some very slick

patch of road and you find yourself in the ditch. ..............................Bin there,
done that.
