I would not be too happy with the guy that fixed it first time.  If your
diff was to disintegrate he should have seen it coming.  A long time ago
when I had a 900 Auto the diff. was in a different casing to the auto box...

All said and done what is your estimate of the value of the
car, bear in mind that here (Britain) the CD is less desirable than the CS.
Whether it is worth your while try this guy, he does 2nd had parts but it has
been a few years since I was in touch.
