You've gotten pretty good advice regarding vacuum lines. There are some pesky teflon connectors on the throttle body which tend to crack or the rubber grommet degrades. There's also a T connector off the throttle body which tends to get hoses seperated when the oil filter's changed or the hoses degrade. One of the lines runs to the left fender and then to the guage which you have to trace carefully since its partially hidden. The sound of a turbo vacuum hose leak is unmistakable, loud hissing when you open the hood and stick your head into the engine compartment around the fuse box with the engine running.
