Rough Idle - Long

Where to start...
03 9-5 ARC 3.0 V6
Ever since the incident with the engine mount and power steering pump, the car has had a rough idle. The idle seems to "rock" the car, it surges between 740 RPM and 960 RPM.
When above 1K RPM all is smooth.
At first I suspected the power steering pump after all it ran dry for 100+ miles. Mechanic says no. Water pump was replaced less than 10K ago,
Ok so I think maybe the AC compressor. Turn off the AC and it makes no difference.
Where to start troubleshooting from here?
Vacuum lines?
Engine Mounts?
Power Steering pump?
Go buy the new 9-5 and support Saab [I wish].
