City inspector's coming on 5/28 and I've got to get my poor old Sonett out of here. I've been entertaining the fantasy of parting out the car for a bit of cash, but I haven't had the time to dismantle the little devil, and I'm hoping someone local will be interested and able to get it out of my backyard by 5/28 so I don't get fined. It's a rusty mess, but is mostly complete, and the engine and transmission were good when it was parked (the brakes went out and I thought I'd restore it, but never had the time or money). Has four good soccer balls, I think with good center caps, which I'll check on when I try to move it out of its spot. I'm just hoping someone can save this little guy from the junkyard so these parts can keep some other Sonetts on the road.

up for sale is a 1972 saab sonett III with full tilting front-end. it has factory v4 motor which was made by ford. motor was pulled of a lower mileage sonett that had about 60k. front-end has been modified to cover the factory projecting headlights and relocated them to the center grille for a cleaner look. body has been repainted once about 4 years ago. overall condition is in very good shape. interior is very nice and original. has a new clutch in it now but has been burned due to previous owner driving it and burning it in 4 gear from stop to start. so they are glazed, i have a new clutch set up with bearing and pressure plates that will go with the car. call me if you have any questions car has clean title and current registration
