CIS Injector Help

I treated Hammare to a new set of injectors yesterday. Put 'em in,
started the car, nice smooth idle, check for leaks at connections, shut
off engine.
Today I went to the grocery store and when I came out, Hammare would not
start! No amount of cranking would make the engine catch, or even spit.
Called Becky, said 'wife, bring me my tools and old injectors', which she
did. 10 minutes later, Hammare fires right up and runs perfectly with the
old injectors. Hmmm.
The details:
1. SAAB Service manual calls for Bosch Part # 0 437 502 012. That's what
it says on the box the new injectors came in. Under the part number is
also the following: 967 014.
2. The four new injectors have numbers stamped on the hex flats as
follows:
967 220
967 220
967 220
967 219
Strange that these don't match the number on the box.
3. The olde injectors (the ones that make Hammare run) have 245 stamped on
the flats (just 245).
I don't feel like I can return the new injectors until I understand
what's going on. Anyone have a clue?
