Step 4A: Washer Accessories
This chunk of brass is Saab part number 02 04 008, a washer fluid heater. It's a heat exchanger in the upper radiator hose, with the AC cutout thermo now gone. Use that, orange washer fluid, and a 2-outlet squirter on the pass. side from a junkyard car.

Step 5: Cooling System Changes
To get the heat back, I changed back to an 89 degree thermostat. To aid in those cold overnights, I ordered BK 605-3243 from Napa. It's identical to the long-gone Saab part (02 72 138). Thanks to Flatbobkat for the part reference!

But honestly, the fog lights are for POOR VISIBILITY ONLY, and they are aligned. The spoiler is for gas mileage and snow deflection. I hope I don't break it off.
