code 08 is drivers side. When you get down there and look up you will see two white wires. One to a sensor in the duct, one to the stepper motor.

Remove the sensor from the duct. Unplug the connector from the motor. Remove the duct and then the motor. Long extension on the 1/4 drive ratchet gets to that top bolt, over the steering column

busted stop arm. this fell in my eye when I removed the lower panel.

there it is installed. Note there was a clip on the yellow thing that held the old stop arm. that broke off, but its OK.
