The GMS price is on the invoice inclusive of destination, prep, and local advertising fees. As a GMS customer you'll be required to initial a form that says you reviewed the invoice and agree you got the GMS price. Nothing is addded to that GMS figure. It is required of GM/Saab dealers for 2006's to use the actual GMS price in the transaction, nothing less as in a discount, and nothing added like an overallowance for negative equity purposes. GM dealers are actually audited periodically for conformity, really, to continue to be able to offer the program. GM runs a tight ship on this to make sure dealers conform, now weaseling. Your GMS figure sounds low at $31,665, but exactly right with the destination fee added at $32,385 which should be the figure on the invoice and also corresponds to the $430 payment, so the payment sounds right.

Now it's customary with a Saab lease to include the acquistion fee $595-895 in the drive offs, so $430 the first payment (only 23 to go!) + $695 less $500 Lease Loyalty less $500 bonus cash = $125 plus local tax and license, which also rougly corresponds to you just doing the license fee.

Right payment, right drive offs, as a GMS deal should be, but a contorted presentation or perhaps your understanding is limited.
