Hello, I don't know if you are a subscriber to Consumers Reports but you are wrong about how they survey people. They send all subscribers questionaires. They also specifically ask mainly about usabilty issues. They don't care about wipers being replaced. They only want to know about things that effect the drivability of the cars. Granted folks who are having problems may fill out the survey more than someone who is not. How would CR know if you have a known problem? They survey every subscriber.
