In a word? Y-E-S! The Aero Academy should be incentive enough to get an Aero over the base model. Sure, you can get the bigger wheels and tires, Xenons, foglights, dual power seats, upgraded stereo w/XM, CD changer and sunroof with the 17" Premium and Audio packages.
But you'd still be missing out the extra 40hp and 37lbft of torque, bigger brakes, dual exhausts, sport suspension, the fabulous sport seats (worth the price of admission, IMO) and Aero cladding.
That still makes the '07 Aero $3310 more than '07 2.0T w/the Premium and Audio packages. But subtract $1350 (cost of the Aero Academy-ONLY available to Aero owners), it's up to you to determine whether the now $1960 extra is worth it.
