Toe (not tow) doesn't vary from side to side. Toe is a measurment of how much closer the two forward edges of the wheels are versus the rearward edges. A modern MacPherson strut car like a Saab has a toe adjust as practically the only adjustment, but improperly adjusted toe in doesn't make the car pull one way or the other it simply affects steering feel, tire wear and the centering of the steering wheel. Excessive toe in or toe out won't make a car pull to one side or the other. An excessively toed out car will be "darty" off center and an excessively toed in car will feel very numb.
Other than the toe there's not much to adjust. Camber or castor can usually only be adjusted by modifying the mounting points of the suspension.
When alignment does cause a pull it more often the rear wheel alignment that causes it. But overall tires cause a pull not alignment.
