Currently own '07 SC Aero having traded in my '04 Acura TSX on it. My opinion is, just as someone mentioed, the Saab has more soul. It is more fun to drive and equipped with the V6 turbo, lots faster too. The TSX had unusually low quality compared to prior vehicles I owned. Had a new transmission at 12k, three headlight replacements, and the paint showed significant wear after 2 years despite lots of TLC.
Also, factor in Saab maintenance to your final calculations for total costs. Though very pleasant, the Acura service department will continually try to extract lots of money from your wallet. Lowest total costs, fun to drive, and more space were my deciding factors to go with the Saab.
