I finally broke down and bought the BSR ppc for my 07 aero. The car in stock for was no slouch but was actually slower than my 97 auto aero with a JT exaust and the mits turbo. My biggest complaint with the 07 is the lack of pull... everything is just too smooth.
After the BSR all ills have been cured
Wow... definitely worth the $ if this is stage 1 I cant' wait to see what stage 4 will be in a few yrs.
The missing trq that was hidden in stock form has been revealed.
The stock feel of the car seemed very controlled with electronic interventions during acceleration and shifts etc.
After installing the ppc program in less than 4 minutes(amazing)it is like a different car. The throttle response is better. The car pulls hard in all gears now without having to downshift. The tip tronic shifts are much crisper and even the exhaust sounds throatier.
Acceleration is improved with the biggest improvements noticed in 1st gear and from 120km/h upwards.
The car pulls hard all the way to the new 270km/h limit.
The car used to shift to 2nd gear for all corners but nows stays in 3rd and lets the turbo do the work instead of the revs. This was one aspect that I definitely missed from my 97.
As many have said with this upgrade... buy it ... you won't be disappointed.
