2005 SS Electrical Problem

With the advise of DrewP I checked the Positive Cable to see if it was split grounded, and it was. Appearantly there was a speakerbox or cd changer in the trunk that had a 12v lead from the Positive Terminal to the trunk. It also had a ground wire secured under the rear seat chassis and a wire tapped into the solid blue wire from the harness under the gear selector box leading to the Ignition Switch. What I think happened is that when it got wrecked, the owner removed the trunk device and just pulled the wires out. He left them laying there. When the auction tried to jump started, it probably blew some electrical components. Here is what is working: Odometer, Hazard Lights,Break Lights, Key fob unlock/lock/trunk/panic, Alarm Led flashes when I instert key and remove.
I am going to tow it to the dealer to see if it is worth fixing. My question is, what systems do you think were affected? Have in mind that there is no dash lights, No SID message, Ignition does not even turn, and the Steering Wheel is not locked.
