You will have to get it so you can get under it and get creative with adding some fixing holes that aren't too visible so it doesn't bother you, and you can zip-tie it in snug once it's pressed into the slot in the bumper.
I don't think I've ever seen an Aero SS front chin spoiler that isn't cracked already come into our shop, they are just really brittle and it seems like it only takes a few hits to get them to start splitting.
We offer to zip them up snug and out of the way without charging the owner anything since it's quick for us with the car on the lift, and so they don't get the idea there's a warranty involved.... but even used chin spoilers in decent shape are REALLY expensive if it's just going to get damaged again soon if you live in the city or something.
