Sears does sell a set of external torx (made by Lisle) for around $20 that includes an E16. Check for part # 00947733000 on their website. For larger sizes, try your local Snap-On tool man. I needed an E20 to get the brake caliper carrier off on my '02 9-5 Aero and he had them in stock. Cost me $15.
