I too have been let down by Ramsey Saab and Saab USA. I bought a 2000 9-5 CPO wagon with 23k miles on it from Ramsey Saab in July 2003. In September 2003 it broke down - problem with distributor caps. In July 2004 it broke down - broken axel occured while pulling into parking spot at K-Mart. In January 2005 it broke down - tensioner pulley went causing various other issues. All repairs have been covered under warranty. This last break down was the straw that broke to camel's back. This is our family car and I think should be way more reliable than it is. I have approached Ramsey Saab sales and service about trading in my current car and purchasing a new car from them, both departments have been totally unresponsive. I called Saab USA to see if they could help, or at least light a fire under my dealer, but nothing from then either. I hate not to give another Saab a chance thinking the one I have is just a lemon but hey, I am not going to beg them to remain a customer.
Who should I do or write to to try and get some satisfaction (other than visiting my local Honda dealer?)
Thanks.
