A normal automatic 2002 Linear SportWagon that's CPO and $21k ish will sell relatively quickly. A high mile cloth stick won't. There's 8k difference in the book values, but the 80k car has practically a $2k deduct and the 22k car has alomst the same amount as an addition to the value for low miles.

Thinking out loud as a used Saab manager, adding for miles is dubious for used car guys, but doubling the deduct for high mileage cars is pretty standard so that pushes the gap past the $8k book difference I'd take almost all the low mile 2002 Linears I could get, good mechandise, whereas one 80k cloth stick 2001 would be plenty.

The CPO is availible with 3.9x36, 4.9x48 and 5.9x60 Saab financing which won't be an advantage with excellent credit.

Nothing against 9-5 sticks, as good or better than other Saab sticks, but on the other hand, the 5 speed auto is a sweet one well suited to the car.

One fourth the miles, a gazillion times more warranty and a Saab factory CPO at that, a year newer with all the 2002 Mid Cycle Enhancments, that's way more than $9k to me.
