The only thing you need to do is to order all-in-one key shanks cut to your car P/N 5184502 $29.00
Move the remote buttons, battery and cover plate over from the used keys you found.
Use the old key that still start your car to open up TWICE unit and allow programming of the new/used keys you have, using a Tech 2 scanner.
You don't need to buy any old chip or so. The chip is already embedded in the key shank that you buy from Saab P/N 5184502. It just needs to be accepted by your car using your old key and a Tech 2.
The tech needs to go to Body and TWICE in the Tech 2 menu and choose program keys/remotes and follow the direction on the screen. For some or another reason, Saab hasn't bothered to write down the complete procedures in how to program keys and remotes in the work shop manual (WIS) but it is all listed on the Tech 2 screen.
