I am confused about the config used. Heater box, stepping motors, rods, flaps, etc.. My impression is that the stepping motor somehow controls the opening and closing of the flaps via a rod.. and the code 11 indicates that the motor either is not functioning or that perhaps the rod has broken.... correct ? how does the heater box play into this ?
Where exactly would the passenger side flap be located and how do I gain access to it? Glovebox, outside under the wipers, etc. ???
