More power and better economy + sport seats... Posted by Mike Lynch [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: 4cyl vs. 6cyl, glenn, Sat, 11 Jun 2005 09:55:17 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Look forward to more power and better fuel economy, 'bout 10% better. Occassionally the four will shake a little at idle, pretty normal in an automatic, AC on, in gear.
The door panels maybe just a change in color, maybe not leather in the inserts. The seats should be an improvement. 2000's had a rich, gathered feel to the leather, later cars have smoother, harder leather, but the Aero sport seats are in a class by themselves.
The 5 speed auto is nice, 3rd being really useful for highway passing. The four cylinder car responds better to the sport setting on the automatic.
Lot's more toys availible, standard park assist and auto-dim/HomeLink/compass inside mirror. The executive pacakge the rain sensing wipers and xenon headlights and heated rear seats. Nav system is very good with a touch screen for ease of use, cool low flying view projection, and a 6 disc CD changer in the trunk. And vented seats are a Saab exclusive in the price range. Don't forget one free admission to the Aero Academy at Road Atlanta
It's easy to get to like the firmer Aero ride, which is still perfectly OK on bumpy freeways and the like. The power is addicting.
