2000 9-5 Wagon.
I average 11.3 L/100km (20.8mpg) - that's for my daily commute (2/3 highway). My highway only mileage is 9.8 L/100km (24mpg). If I do city driving only, I've seen as bad as 13mpg!!! (all numbers reported by SID)
I also manually calculate worse mileage than the SID reports.
Dealer says they found nothing wrong and suggest that wagons get worse mileage than the sedan.
I've switched to Mobil 1 - no change in mileage. I've purchased new tires (Toyo Proxes TPT) - no change in mileage. I've changed my driving style (lighter on the throttle) - no change in mileage!!
I'm still stumped!
