Ya' know if it was a Saturn, then a new torque axis motor mount for about $60 would smooth it right out, but that doesn't seem to work for a Saab. It would be lovely if you figured out the magic elixer that cured the four cylinder engine idle vibration blues, you could bottle it and sell it, but it seems to be a natural phenomona for many bigger fours including Honda, Toyota, et al. Let the Saab dealer adjust the idle with a Tech II. The 50 rpm shift is often just what it needs to get the car off the vibration hump. Or just go with it and consider the vibration to be an ocassional quirk or character flaw that doesn't detract too substantially from the overall goodness of the car. There's just gonna' be those times, AC on, engine in gear, right temp and humidity, where it makes itself known.
