Approx 1200 lbs all loaded, 120lbs on the tongue. Absolute tow limit for the 9-5 is rated at 3500 lbs but only 160lbs on the tongue (so really, you can't tow anything over 1600lbs as you need at least 10% on the tongue for safe towing).
With your proposed load, your rear suspension will be bottomed out. Also check the GVWR rating on the door sill, I bet with 5 people, luggage, and NO trailer, that you will be approaching the limit.
