This is a similar problem I am experiencing. My car died on me two day ago. I took it to a Indy and they said that it was the AC condenser going bad and it could be the reason for the rough idling. Since I cannot afford the fix right now, I had them disconnect the AC condenser and the idling has ceased. Hopefully this is not the case with your situation, but if you are noticing a rough idle when the AC is on, and it ceases when you turn it off, it might be your condenser. Just take it in and have them check it, or better yet, just let it ride and hopefully your car never stalls on you.
