I'm considering a Saab, most likely 9-5 Wagon even will all the GM atrocities. :)

Of course there is the nagging reliability question. In that vain:
Does Saab offer free loaner cars when you get your repairs done?
If not, do they at least offer a shuttle within 5 miles?
Are std maintenance and wear and tear items are covered for the first x years/ x mileage?
How effectively are problems diagnosed - first or second visit, etc?
Are replacement parts typically in stock or readily available? Sounds like this is an issue recently.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay to be specific. If anyone from there can comment on specific dealerships I'd appreciate it. For example, with Audi and Subaru I've had bad experiences in Oakland, but excellent out in Livermore (Livermore is the same dealership for both as well as Honda). With Audi, the Porsche/Audi dealer in Burlingame(?) was fantastic. Also with Subaru, the Sube/Ford dealer in Albany was very good.
Otherwise any comments appreciated.
