the minimum rotor thickness is stamped on the edge of the rotor, and I just changed mine (and pads for the first time) at about 41,000, they were definitely done.
There is almost no margin for turning the aero rotors, and they are expensive, but given the labor for tearing them down, probably best to replace, IF you need them.
The pads are easy to see, and if the have more than about 3/16 left, let the whole thing be. And ask them for the actual meaurement on the rotor.
