Hello I need an ARC!

"2. Have the car inspected. To check for water damage, is it better to take the car to a bodyshop or to the dealership? It is a 70 miles drive to the nearest SAAB dealership. Is the dealership supposed to do a thorough flood check for me since it is still in warranty?"
Always pay for your own independent inspection by a body shop & perhaps also by an independent Saab-experienced mechanic even if the car is CPO. Specifically ask them to check anything that is not covered/excluded in the remaining factory warranty or CPO warranty. Do not expect that the dealer will be looking out for your best interest.
How to find a independent body shop:
I-CAR Gold

PPG Certified-First/CertifiedPlus

How to find a independent mechanic:
- Ask for a suggestion from the independent body shop you selected

Hope this helps!
