You should be all over the dealer and also Saab,insisting that they bring in a regional service manager to review this. Had that timing belt not been done you would have had just about no justificatoiin for a complaint, but having that belt changed is proof you paid attention to your end of the bargain. I seriously doubt that Saab will leave you hanging out to dry. had you done all of the prior oil services per the manual's recomendations as well?
