I think the problem is load related. The -1.1 degree camber spec (on the Aeros) is fine if the car never exceeded -1.1 degrees. When the car gets loaded the ride height drops causing an increase in the negative camber. Throw in worn shocks/springs and the problem gets even worse. Maybe the load leveling shocks would help and maybe they would not. Almost all complaints of major cupping problems appear to occur in vehicles that are more heavily loaded. My experience tells me that the GVWR is significantly overstated and that the 9-5’s suspension system can’t handle the loads. Unfortunately, I have no way to prove this. It’s a great driving car if you never put anything other than a driver in. Load her up and the problems begin.
