Cold transmission fluid causing the engine to run "harder" to keep the idle speed? vibration at idle is sort of a characteristic of the 4 cylinder 9-5s.
Maybe a transmission fluid flush would be enough to nudge the vibration down to an acceptable level. Or, IIRC there's a tweak to the idle speed than can help.
