The P-0730 code is a fairly serious code indicating that the transmission is slipping inside.
The other code is just an indication from fuel computer that it's a code stored in another computer.
The transmission computer is preprogrammed with that it compares the input and output shaft speeds at different gears. If the speed of the shafts are outside the preprogrammed values, the computer determine it as being a fault and set the code.
So it sounds like you do have a slipping problem now even though you said earlier it drove and shifted ok?
I have yet to replace a Saab transmission for this but I have replaced a couple of Volvo ones for the same problem. Volvo use the same style transmissions.
The problem is usually triggered by that the transmission fluid is not changed often enough. Volvo also have the "filled for life" standpoint and when the car finally see an independant shop for service and transmission fluid change, the damage could already be done to the internals.
Since it is not much to service on these transmissions, the only thing to do is to change out the fluid several times and see if it improves. Otherwise I would look for a used transmission.
Since they rarely go bad, you can probably find a used one anywhere for a decent price.
No, I would not take it apart trying to rebuild. It's not worth it and way to risky with all the electronic stuff inside, but that's just me trying to play it safe.
After changing the fluid several times, you will know pretty soon if it improved, especially when the transmission is hot. That's when it start to act up the most with these problems.
