The one thing that I did notice about the new Passat 2.0T with nav was that it barely broke the $30k barrier, a couple of three grand cheaper than an equivalent 9-3. Seems the new Passat and Jetta have hiccupped a little in size, like Toyota and Honda have done. The Passat sorta' looks like more of a 9-5 competitor than a 9-3.
